Our newly-built and comfortable residence is located in Quattromiglia di Rende, in a surprisingly discreet and peaceful setting, with the city’s main street, shops, restaurants, pubs, pizzerias, bars and transports, just steps away.
The University of Calabria and the Industrial Park of Rende are only a 5-minute drive away, while the A3 Motorway Exit Rende-Cosenza Nord and SS 107 Silana-Crotonese are only 150 mt away. Bust stop and FS Railway Station of Castiglione Cosentino are 3 and 12-minute walking distance from our residence. Cosenza city centre is about 10 km away.

A3 SA-RC Motorway, exit Rende-Cosenza Nord. Take the first exit on the right at the roundabout, via G. Marconi and proceed for 100m.
Then turn left in via G. Bolla. The residence is on your left hand side after 150m.
By train
FS Railway Station Castiglione Cosentino. Only 900 m away (12 minute walking distance). Or by bus, take the Consorzio Autolinee Cosenza Bus, direction University, stop ex Erg Via Marconi, 150 m from the residence.
